在线生成标准开槽箱、反插盒、天地盖和抽屉盒结构参考图，按折线间尺寸起稿，区分裁切线、压痕线与画布外扩参考，导出毫米单位 SVG、PDF 或 DXF，数据仅在浏览器本地处理。Create reference dielines for regular slotted cartons, reverse-tuck cartons, lid-and-base boxes and drawer boxes. - 选择盒型，输入折线间的长、宽、高；分体盒可调整套合厚度与间隙，其余按需设置粘口和画布外扩参考。Choose a style and enter dimensions between creases. Adjust approximate lid or sleeve fitting, glue flap and expanded sheet bounds where applicable.
- 选择全部或单独部件，核对展开尺寸后下载 SVG、1:1 PDF 或毫米单位 DXF；打印使用实际大小，交付前完成实物打样。Select all or an individual part, inspect the drawing and export SVG, 1:1 PDF or millimetre DXF. Print at Actual size and physically prototype before production.
生成的刀模可以直接用于生产吗？Can the generated dieline go straight to production?
本工具用于设计起稿和结构沟通，尺寸按折线间距，不自动换算净内尺寸或外尺寸。天地盖可独立调整盖高并分别导出盖底，托盘角位需粘合；橙线仅为整张图包围框外扩，实际沿刀线出血需在设计软件中制作。厚度仅用于盖或套的近似配合，正式开模还需校核纸纹、折弯补偿、插舌和设备公差。Use it for artwork setup and structural communication. Dimensions are between creases, without conversion to clear internal or external sizes. Lid height is independently adjustable and parts can be exported separately; tray corners require glue. Orange lines expand the sheet bounding box, not the cut contour. Thickness only estimates lid or sleeve fit; production needs checks for grain, folding allowances, tabs and equipment tolerances.
